This Saturday was the Run for Hungry Children 5K. Two things I learned : a) I can run in the morning and b) running with friends makes the whole thing so fun. In fact we're talking about doing more together soon!

Well done Amy. On the subject of running clothes, my buddy David and I always say, "If you can't be fast, make sure you look fast." Of course these days looking fast is about as good as it gets for us.

One of my favorites I've seen on the back of race day tee's is, "I might be slow, but I'm ahead of you."
